This paper gives an explanation of the experimental results carried out in the LLC "New Inflow" with low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR), accompanied by the transmutation of chemical elements with the release of additional heat. The explanation is based on the ether theory of elementary particles, developed in recent years in LLC "New Inflow."
