Estimate of the unperturbed ether density is obtained on the basis of the mathematical theory of ether and known experimental data. Presentation of the ether density in electromagnetic and mechanical units is considered. The universal way for converting formulae, which use different units for the ether density, is proposed. The presented results open possibility for quantitative study of processes in ether on the atomic characteristic times and scales and on the macrolevel ones, create the basis for modeling of fundamentally new technical devices.
